Natural Real Egyptian Loofah
Don’t Mind If I Do,
I discovered the wonders of the Egyptian loofah and loved the benefits. Try the loofah and let me know what you think.
Benefits
Gentle Exfoliation
Removes dirt and impurities
Stimulates blood circulation(helps maintain quality of life)
Prevent ingrown hairs
Allows skincare products to penetrate deeper
Can be used on your face and body
How do I use the loofah?
Lightly brush my skin with a dry loofah sponge to remove dead skin
Enter the tub or shower and wet my body
Apply a cleanser to the dampened loofah sponge
Use the loofah sponge by rubbing in small circular movements without using a lot of pressure
Rinse my skin with warm water
Since exfoliation can cause skin dryness, it is necessary to apply moisturizer after a shower.
I only use the Egyptian Loofah two times a week on my body. I believe you can over-exfoliate your skin which can cause damage. I did not abandon my Bamboo washcloth for my body. I use a separate Bamboo washcloth for my body and a separate Bamboo washcloth for my face.
Sanitize the Egyptian loofah once a week. You can run it through a hot wash cycle, or run it through the dishwasher. I replace my loofah every 3-4 weeks
